Refund policy
At DUNNE, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, we provide exchanges and credit notes under specific circumstances.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted if:
- The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.
- The product(s) delivered arrives damaged.
- The product has missing parts.
- The product has clear quality issues.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained.
2. Important Notes
- Customised orders: Eligible for exchange only if they are unworn and in their original condition.
- Sale items: Eligible for exchange under the same 7-day condition.
- Promotional offers/discount codes: Cannot be applied to exchange or credit note orders.
- Products purchased through third-party platforms are not eligible for exchange through DUNNE.
- DUNNE reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion.
3. Exchange Policy
- We only offer exchanges or credit notes — no refunds.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- A product can be exchanged only once per order.
- The product must be unused, untampered, and returned in its original packaging. Used or damaged products will be sent back, and the exchange will not be processed.
- Processing Time: Exchanges may take up to 15–20 days, as the product must first be picked up, undergo a quality check, and then be re-shipped.
- Exchange Charges (Domestic):
- ₹500/- for pickup & re-shipping (applies for size issues, quality issues, or weight-related concerns).
- No charges if the issue is due to a defective/damaged product, wrong item received, or missing parts.
- Credit Notes: In case of an approved credit note, only the product value will be credited. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit notes are valid only on www.dunne.co.in.
4. Lost Shipments
- In the rare event of a lost shipment, a replacement or credit note will be offered after verification with our courier partner.
- This may take up to 7 business days depending on the courier partner’s investigation.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, you must raise a complaint with us at support@dunne.co.in within 24 hours.
5. Repair Policy – India
We understand that jewellery may get damaged with use, and we are happy to assist with repairs.
- DUNNE jewellery comes with a 1-month free repair warranty. Within this period, pieces will be repaired free of cost, with a pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹500/-.
- After 1 month, repair charges (based on actuals) + ₹500/- pickup & re-shipping fee will apply. The charges will be shared after reviewing images/videos of the damage.
- A repair request can only be raised within 6 months of delivery.
- Please note: Repairs depend on the design of the piece. Our team will confirm whether the damage is repairable.
6. Steps for Exchange & Repair
- For exchange: Email us at support@dunne.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and product details.
- For repair: Email us at support@dunne.co.in within 30 days of delivery, along with your order number and product pictures/videos.
- Our team will review and confirm if the request is approved.
- The product must be packed securely in its original packaging and handed over for pickup.
- Shipping/reverse pickup/re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless waived under eligibility.
- The exchanged or repaired piece will be re-shipped only after our Quality Check team inspects the returned product.
7. No Refund or Exchange Conditions
The following are not eligible for exchange or credit note:
- Pre-orders & customised orders that have been worn.
- Items purchased during flash sales, promotional offers, or at discounted prices.
- Products not in original packaging or condition.
- Minor colour/design variations due to screen display or the handcrafted nature of the product.
- International orders (not eligible for exchange/repair).
