Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

DUNNE offers shipping across India and selected international destinations.
We partner with trusted courier companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, DTDC (India) and DHL/FedEx (International) to ensure safe and timely delivery.


2. Shipping Method – India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders with no minimum or maximum order limit.
  • A shipping fee of ₹60, applies to all COD orders and on orders below ₹1,000.
  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

3. Shipping Method – International

  • International shipping is available and is subject to additional logistics charges.
  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • COD is not available for international orders.
  • Payments for international orders can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI-linked international gateways.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Each DUNNE piece is carefully packed and dispatched after quality checks.
  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation once your order is placed.
  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days (domestic) or as informed for international shipments.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic: 3–7 business days depending on location.
    • International: 10–15 working days (subject to customs clearance).

5. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM IST, excluding public holidays).
  • Requests for address changes can be accommodated only if the order has not been shipped.
  • Please ensure you provide a correct phone number, email ID, and pin/postal code for smooth delivery.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
  • DUNNE is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs hold-ups, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customisation & Special Notes

  • For customised pieces (via Make Your Own), charm placement can be confirmed with our team at checkout or shared directly through WhatsApp/Call.
  • Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Returns for customised orders are accepted only if unworn and returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
